Hey Newbie question here. How would one go about adding to a members reputation? There has been some guys who've really helped me out and figured it would be a good way to show some appreciation. Thnxs

 

Look on the right hand side of the post of the person you want to rep, and you see the little heart.
Click that heart, and a box drops down, you can type a message, then click ok, and it's done.

The "other' Button is to report a post that the mods should be aware of
