Heater vacuum line 94 F250

I just purchased a 92 F250. I knew the heater wasn't working right when I bought it and have discovered the white vacuum line up by the cowl on the passenger side has been chewed in two by a mouse. How do I go about splicing this. It looks like it runs to an actuator and then is in the wiring harness. A good portion looks like it is missing, I don't think I can put the two ends back together. What's the best fix for this.

Thanks.

Bridge the two ends with a rubber vacuum hose.

I recently ran into the same problem. Though mine was dry rotted, same issue. It is for fresh air, only opens when selector is on max a/c.
What I did to repair it is go to Auto Zone, and they had the vacumn line and connectors to splice them.
