Haha.. that's what happens when you try do do four things at once.
I made the mistake of walking past the outside of a 4 foot diameter exhaust fan. That was a stinky memory, The inside of the barn didn't smell nearly as bad as I expected. The outside past the exhaust fan was a different story,

F'ing ******* medical billers.
I am on the phone to dispute two claims. I have custom orthotics and had a new pad put on them (a strip of neoprene). They charged me for a complete replacement of the orthotics at a cost of $344 which insurance doesn't cover.
That one is just an error in the coding I think. Not a huge deal other than the amount. Next time, I'l just go buy a knee brace or something from a sports store, cut it up and glue it on. It'll cost me a fraction of the price.
The other one is the one that bugs the crap out of me. I took our son in for his annual checkup. The preventative part of the visit is covered 100% by our insurance. BUT, because we DISCUSSED his constipation and ADHD, they billed us for a whole office visit to the tune of $288. They dinged the insurance company for $288 for TALKING about something.
And we wonder why health insurance costs so dang much.
[end rant]
