OK, waited 2 and a half hours for less than a 5 minute consult with the surgeon.
I tried to charge them for being late to the appointment but they wouldn't go for it.

Thanks Bob!
Karl did go, but he didn't win. They were 6 students left & he got over confident or had a brain fart & misspelled Guru. LOL! Oh well, atleast he tried & made it to 6th place. Either way, I'm still proud of him!

Goodmorning NV. & FTE freinds,
I hope you have a Fabulous Friday!
What are your plans for this weekend?
I've been trying to get our taxes done on Turbo Tax. I've never done taxes before & always had someone else do it for me, so it is definately a challenge.
I might just give up & say screw it...H&R Block here we come. LOL!
I had extended family come into town on Monday, so I've been busy visiting with them. Yesterday, Cammy, myself, & 2 of my adopted into the family daughters went out to lunch in Carson. It was great to see them & have us all together again. Ofcourse by the time we were done visiting I was a blubbering mess. Mid-life crisis/Reality is sinking in quick that I'm getting older & my kids are growing up & getting married, moving away, & having babies of their own. WAAH! Atleast they think I'm still cool enough to hang out with them!
*I've attached some before & after pics*
Pic1 - Prom May 2009 (Cheyenne, Cammy(my daughter), & Kayla)
Pic2 - Lunch in Carson Feb 2013
Pic3 - Cheyenne & her husband, Kyle Feb 2013 (Their getting ready to move/be stationed in Japan for 3 yrs.)
Pic4 - Kayla & I Feb 2013 (Kayla's 2 1/2 months prenant/due Sept.6th)
Pic5 - Cammy & Cheyenne Feb 2013 (wish my hair would grow that long & fast) LOL!
Have a awesome day everyone!

good lookin kids you got there. Adopted friends or not they all change our lives.
My youngest will be 8 tomorrow. We are having her party at the local skating rink.
As far as taxes we always take ours to Jackson Hewitt. We tried turbo tax a couple years and never got but a couple hundred or even had to pay in.
First time at JH and we got over $7k. Have gone to them ever since.

TGIF Nevada FTE and friends.
Always do my own taxes, however I did not file last year, and will not file this year, due to being unemployed, and not having a high enough income to pull taxes out of. Should be able to file next year if this new job takes off, or the settlement shows up.
VA doctor appointments are better than average. usually the doctor is in his office, and summons you at the appropriate time. Much better than being ushered into an exam room, and waiting countless hours for a doctor to peer in.
Only plans I have this weekend will be to study for the insurance exam I have scheduled for Thursday the 14th.

Goodmorning guys,
Hi Gerry!
Happy Saturday!
Greg - Please send birthday wishes to your daughter for us!
Doctors are like the military....hurry up & wait! LOL! I hope things go better next time.
Jim - Good luck on the exam! You'll do fine.
Well, I gave up on Turbo Tax & made an appt. with H&R Block for today. Once I got to the part of having to do the deductions & 1st time home buyer thing....I said forget it! I don't want to be audited if I screw up,so let someone that knows what their doing file our taxes. LOL! Plus, little does Jimmy know...I won't be claiming 1 or both of my children this year. I'll probably have to pay in anyway, so I'm letting my ex have the child tax credit!(Besides, I talked to my ex about the BS I've gone through this year & asked him to open/put $500 in accounts for Karl & Kaedon) Although it'll probably screw us (I have nothing left to worry about anyway) I figure that my kids got screwed out of the money from selling my place, I'm not going to let Jimmy take/have the money for my claiming my children on taxes too!!! Revenge is sweet! Hey, I offered for Jimmy to file by himself early since he had his W-2's before I got my 1099's...BUT he insisted on waiting to file jointly! You can "F" with me, but you don't "F" with my children!
Pay backs are a mother! *There's nothing worse than a mother scorned!*
Have a great day guys! (I'll let you know how it goes)

Do what you got to do Donna.
Bobbie keeps asking me when we are getting the truck.
I think she is as excited as I am.
We should be able to come get it next weekend.
I need to talk to Dave to make sure he is available to tow it back for me.
If not I might try driving it. The waiting is killing me!
I hope everyone has a great weekend

Happy Saturday Nevada FTE and friends! Hope everyone has a great day!
Greg, wish your daughter a happy birthday for me too. I am sure you are having sleepless nights waiting for that truck. I know I would be.
Donna, you gotta do what you gotta do.
