its actually rust-oleum satin black with acetone my painter uses, gives it a nice finish that most hot rod products fail to do, this is my 3rd vehicle ive had spray this color, as far as the tint its getting done this week, 2% all around, i found some alcoa 22.5's i should also be getting this week, im looking for a good deal on some adapters if anybody can help me out
