F700 transmission question

F700 transmission question
I recently purchased an 86 F700 with an 8.2 Detroit Desiel. The trany is shot. I am looking to buy a used one as rebuild parts are hard to find. It is a Spicer 4054d 5sp with a 2sp rear end the BM is 301343-1. I have found several matches but some are Spicer CM4054D and some are listed as just Spicer 4054D. Is there a difference between the two or is it just a listing error? Also the tranny's I have found came off international MT466 motor, as long as the numbers match is it correct? Please help if anyone knows. Thanks Tree Works

Welcome to FTE.
Some light here, but not exactly what we want to confirm:

When you look at transmissions here, the 4054D trans shows with a round bell (?) looking like an integral part of the trans. the CM4054D shows no bell or round attachment, just a rectangular trans to bell face.
Find Parts on HeavyTruckParts.Net
You can click on model list and compare.
I just did a google search for "spicer 4054D" and found those hits and more. It appears there are many, many 4054D transmissions for sale, so maybe the mystery of model differences need not be solved right now, just get an identical box and drive on.....
