You need a MAF computer and meter from a 5.0/E4OD truck and while you're in there grab the air box cover and Y pipe, and then you need a complete(all the way back to the computer) engine wiring harness for a MAF truck motor. That will not simply unplug you're gonna have to cut some wires to get it out, but that doesn't matter because you're not gonna use it all anyway, you're gonna strip all the tape and wire loom off it and remove the injector and MAF meter sub wiring assemblies and create a little overlay harness to put on your truck. To do that you have to disassemble the computer connector on your truck, remove the pins for the stock injector harness, and insert the pins for all the wires in your overlay harness. Got all that?

They are tough to find.

I'd suggest getting an aftermarket, layover conversion harness and order the proper computer/EECIV.

I've got a MAF meter, "Y" adapter, single intake hose, and air box for the conversion. PM me if you are interested.
