Clean 59-60 styleside in Santa Barbara, CA

I keep seeing a super clean dark silver styleside around Isla Vista, CA. Its a 59-60 I think (sorry not the greatest at figuring out the year). It appears to be lowered somewhat, 3rd brake light mounted on the tailgate, hidden tailgate hinges. Super clean interior and plenty of other cool mods done. I was wondering if the owner of this truck is on this forum as I have never seen the owner with the truck.

If anyone has any ideas who's truck this is I would like to get in contact with them.
