Shipping to Canada/ part vendors.

Recently picked up a 1979 F250 and was wounding if anyone knew of any parts vendors that ship out of Canada to Canada.? Ive been searching but with no luck. Wreckers in my area also have no dents on the lots.

Also where would be good reputable places to buy
Steering components
Lift kits
Oem parts

I recently bought items off LMC but shipping is still on the high side to Canada not to mention costume fees that will most likely be tacked on.
Thanks

What are "costume fees"? Does one have to be dressed as Batman upon delivery?

My first preference is NPD, then DC, then Macs. . depends on the part. LMC only if the others don't carry the part or if the quality is hard to screw up.

Dunno about shipping to Canada. Good luck with that.

What are you going to do with the truck? If it's body parts you can order them at your local auto parts supplier, but the quality is not the greatest. They can get some of the US custom stuff too, but if not you're pretty much stuck ordering from down south.

AFAIK, there are no repro parts sellers located in Canada.

The closest source to Ontario would be Mac's Antique Auto Parts, located in Lockport NY

Obsolete Ford parts: Miller Obsolete Parts is located in Binghamton NY

Cross Canada Cross Canada Collision Parts Specialists - Order Online is one source that your local supplier can use, although not the cheapest. They have body panels and quite a few other items as well.

If you live close to the border have them shipped to a warehouse on the US side and drive across to get them. I live 12 hrs from the border and I ordered a bunch of stuff at once and as long as it was shipped in the US it was free shipping. It cost me less to drive and get it in Sweet Grass than it would have to get it shipped to my door.
