Someone on the Super Duty & Heavy Duty forum had dome a replacement.
I tried a quick search and did not find the post. If I recall right it was this last
fall sometime (2012). He put some photos. The replacement covers looked
ok. If I run over the post I come back and post the link.

Currently in the middle of recovering my driver's seat using foam from Ford and leather from The Seat Shop. Very pleased with the quality of the leather and the stitching. Excellent videos on their website that are easy to follow. Additionally, I tore a seam putting on the seat bottom leather. They sent me a new seat bottom, no questions asked. So far, I highly recommend them.
