I was driving to work this morning and the truck seemed to be running fine. As I starting to go up a small hill I gave it some throttle and my truck started to sputter and almost died, I had to flutter the throttle before it caught some power and moved up the hill. It got me the next couple miles to work just fine. When I left for lunch the truck started but when I put it in drive it died. I shut it off and let it sit for a few seconds then tried it again, it started just fine ran for about 20 sec then slowly idled down and died. I ran the codes on my Banks and received the code P0069. I tried one more time and the truck started and drove fine, no smoke and seemed to have plenty of power, and the code was gone. Could this be a MAP sensor going bad! or maybe something is clogged? Anyone had problems similar to this.

Truck is a 2004 F250 with the 6.0 powerstroke

Brief history, 10 Months ago blown head gasket drivers side, replaced with black onyx gaskets held on by ARP studs. Deleted the EGR, replaced oil cooler, replaced bent rod

2 1/2 years ago replaced the FICM

Other Modes, AFE Stage II air intake, Magnaflow Catback 4",

 

yes could be the MAP sensor or Soot Clogged MAP Line from inyake manafold

Try to clean MAP Sensor and Tube
