The list you put up seems to have a lot of duplicate function parts, like some for disk brake conversion, some for stock drum brakes, others that will not work with the changes you want to make, for example hubcaps and beauty rings will only work on original size and type wheel. Where is the truck you bought?
You might want to call Mid Fifty directly, the part of the USA they are located in a lot of the people speak Spanish (Mexican, not Castillian) so there is likely someone there that can speak with you in your language.

The reason people found it funny is "groin" in English most often refers to the area between a man's legs!

 

There is no one making the "2 line" exhaust for your truck and motor. Here a shop that replaces broken exhaust can bend it easily to fit from straight pipe on their equipment.
I'm quite sure the computer translations from English to Spanish are as hard to understand on your end.

the truth is that the translator sometimes does not work very well, it is normal that it will be funny groin .....

replace the original front brakes for disc brakes like this:



replace the suspension to lower the truck 3 ", and put a new exhaust manifolds.

Chuck, I don't think he bought the black truck. I think he wants wheels like those on the black truck. I don't believe we've seen pics of the truck he bought... at least I can't find the pics.
