MII front suspension kit - which kit to buy
So I'm looking to buy a MII front suspension kit for my f100. I'm looking to buy within the next week and was looking at airbagging it. Work will begin in 2 weeks so I need to make up my mind.
I have found a MII with airbag kit and was intending on buying the kit located below (middle of the page): Jim Weimer Rod Garage - Mustang II Hub to Hub Kits - Hot Rod & Street Rod Parts, Mustang II IFS, 32 Ford Rails, Hub to Hub Kits, Model A Frames
Any reason I would NOT want to buy this particular kit?
fyi, comes with 11" rotors and reinforced crossmember
I want to have the pickup sit pretty low, so I was thinking of putting the 2" Drop spindles in the kit. I'm going to be running 18" or 20" rims. To those of you who have done the conversion to a MII kit, Should I stick with standard spindle or get the 2" drop spindles? Anybody know how low I can go with standard spindles?
I don't intend on dropping the truck all the way to the ground, but i want to give it a lower aggressive stance.
Any advice is appreciated as I'd hate to get half way through the build and realize i made the wrong choice.
