What is it?
A friend has a 87 F150, I6 4spd 4x4 and it has what appears to be a vacuum switch on brake petal. It looks identical to the old 70s brake light switch, except it has a hose coming off it instead of wiring. Any idea as to what it is?

I think that is to dump the vacuum to the cruise control.

It may be for a vacuum dump for cruise control, some of the older systems used this until they changed over to the electric one on the master cylinder.
