4wd swap sits level, rear blocks?

I've since finished swapping the front axle in and moved the truck around the yard for the front to settle and it sits pretty level. I'd like for it to be a tad higher in the rear, maybe 2". I'd like to find a set of factory blocks. On the 4x4 F350's is it factory to have lift blocks and the overloads?

grant it it may not be FACTORY but you can put lift blocks under it, just make sure the overloads are on top of the blocks

The F-350s came with larger rear lift blocks than the F-250s.
