Unhappy computer #cross reference HELP!

I have a 90 F-150 4x4 5.8 with the push button overdrive and the computer went kaput. F0TF-12A650-N2A, EOD is the computer that I pulled out and am having a heck of a time finding an exact replacement (dont want to spend $300 for a used one off e-bay). Do I absolutely have to use the same computer or what other computers might/will work? Any and all suggestions/opinions will be greatly appreciated.

It would help you out a lot when looking for this computer if you would use a zero and not an "O" in the computer number.
The number is F0(zero) and not FO, big difference.
You used an "O" in the the posting above.
Also look for it using only the F0TF-N2A as an alternate number.
