Hydroboost

I'm looking to upgrade my vac booster to a hydroboost unit on my 03 Lightning. I see some guys have done this with units from 04 and up Super Duties. These units are very heavy. I noticed the 2000-2005 Excursions also use a hydroboost unit, but it is smaller and lighter than the 04 and up Super Duty units. Has anyone here done this conversion with an Excursion unit or even know if it's possible?

Why? Are you putting in a cam that will give you too little vacuum?
