Bumping this back to the top. The book is done! I just need 86 more orders and I can have the book printed. The final price is $30 plus a few bucks for media mail shipping.
The finished product is a 128 page hard covered book with full color throughout.

F1Dude thanks for your interest. I won't collect any money until I reach my goal of 86 more books. I am pretty sure that will happen soon. Then I will let everyone who is interested know where they can send their checks. The book printing company said it would take approximately 30 to get the books to me.
