Any idea on how these hold up? Specifically the ones made by Willmore... in my case for a F350 Dually. They attach to lower panel with 3M tape?

Also, does anyone know if they will completely cover the lower panel accent paint...2003 F350 C/C 4x4 long bed DRW. (I'm not real big on the silver accent paint and would like to cover it over with this product.)
