Inexpensive cat back dual exhaust system

Hi, My kid just got a 95 f150 ext. cab short bed with a 5.8.

He is looking to put a cat back dual system on it but is on a budget.

The truck has dual gas tanks and I saw some systems are not for trucks with dual tanks.

Anyone know an inexpensive system that will fit the dual gas tank trucks?

Thanks
Robb

It depends on your idea of inexpensive... I would start over at Summit Racing and prowl around. Some of the flowmaster kits can be had in the 300ish range.

Have you asked any local shops for a quote? I have had true duals custom bent for my truck for the price of a nice aftermarket cat back system, and in my opinion it sounds much better.

Take it to a local shop, it'll turn out the way you want it. I removed my spare tire since I didn't want to be messing with stuck hardware on the side of the road if I needed it. (now it's in the bed). The cat is gone and I have a 3" in dual 2.25" out Flowmaster 70 series on mine. Myself and another guy I work with custom bent everything from the axle back. I have polished slash cut tips angled out from the corners of the bumper.

It won't be horribly expensive, and most shops have thicker wall pipe than some of the cheap kits. An added bonus is that you can have everything welded and hangers added where needed.
