Needed - ZF5 Shifter Stub and Boot

I need to get a hold of a shifter stub for a ZF5 transmission - its part number 18.010 in the image below. i also need the small rubber boot that goes over it (pn 18.150 in the image). i bought a used trans for my e4od to zf swap, but the dummies who removed the trans from the parts truck cut the top of the shifter stub off to get the trans out. and since they used a torch, the rubber boot is all melted too. Anyone out there with a junk zf sitting in their shop could really help me out here! Just name your price and let me know where you're located, so i can estimate shipping costs. Thanks! Edit - i could use the full shifter shaft and boot as well, if you have them, but they seem to be more universal, from almost any older ford manual trans truck...
