Mud flaps / flares
Some people have inquired about the mud flaps I have on several of my trucks. I am getting some mud flap/flare made up since Ford is having issues with their supplier. I know these would have to go thru a vendor to sell, I just would want to see if it would be worth getting 50 or so pair made? Also I am have some made in dually width as well.
The single wheel ones are 36" long and 12" wide and will look JUST like these(mounting holes will need to be drilled in fender and mud flap) The bottom of the flap is 12" wide and about 10" tall. It then tapers down to 4" on the slender section.
And on truck
Front only
Dually ones would be similar, BUT the bottom would be 24" wide and the bottom would be 14" tall.
I dont know what a Vendor would charge, but I am guessing in the 40-50 range for a pair

I like them, but I think they would get torn off my truck. I'm running 37s with a RSK and 1" leafs in the front and if I'm turning into a bump the tire catches the edge of the feeder well. I'm hoping they have done all the damage they will do the to corners right there.
They would be nice to have thought to keep mud off the side of the truck.

call me crazy, but i'm never a fan of being a free billboard for someone else. don't get me wrong, i love my truck and i respect the company and guys who designed it. but unless they want to pay me, i'm not interested in adverstising for them.
like when car dealers put their logo on your new/used car. that drives me up a wall.
plus if i ever get around to painting my truck, it'll be all black, head to toe, grill to tailgate - the bright white/blue emblem would look dumb. ...but yes, i'll keep the emblem in the grill. though, white ford lettering on a black oval would look best, in my opinion.

ha! good idea. i'm not that crazy though. i did see someone on here who replaced their ford logo up front with an orange international logo. it looked pretty good in my opinion.
sorry about hyjacking the thread with my personal opinions on logos, though. i'm interested in the flaps either way - with logo or without - a 60 grit wheel on my grinder would remove that logo right quick! :-)

Yeah there are times I wish I had gone with 3" springs in the front. I know a lot of yall don't like lifted trucks. But I think it makes them look better. And the tires fit really well on my truck with the way it sits.
