I ordered my 2008 with the block heater, I believe it was a $35 option. I also ordered the snow plow option even though I knew I would never plow snow. Reason is you get the front spring and shock upgrade and HD radiator for around $100. No need for a level kit that way.

Wow !!! I'm blown away how cheap those factory options are considering the fact that when you buy just the factory cord from the dealer it will cost you over $100.

Those 2 options are two of the most overlooked factory options that I know of, and for the money, hard to beat.
