Cats or no Cats

I'm going to put a new exhaust on my 99 f250sd v10 4x4 and was wondering if i should eliminate the cats or keep them the truck has 136k. I'm going headers all the way back.

Keep em. No gain without em (unless they are clogged), they help emissions, and if you have emissions testing, you may fail.
