I have a 95 F-250 7.5L and E4OD trans with 4:10 gears, I will be pulling out the motor for a rebuild , it will be basically stock except for Banks powerpack system and a Magneflow hi flow cat, Comp cam #CCA-34-255-5, Banks Trans Comand, is there any thing else that can be done to increase torgue for towing because it's speed densinty system. All help and thoughts would great. Thank you for all your help. Wade

Do a search for the user name "boport"
He did some extensive research and development on porting and bigger valves in the efi heads.
He did a great writeup for you to read. If you're pulling the motor apart that much and swapping the cam, I'd really suggest getting heads ported.

Your exhaust package is perfect. I've had the banks kit and been very happy.
I'd look into a new torque converter while the motor is out. It may have worked fine but its worn out. It happens.
And research trans upgrades. While its apart you may be able to upgrade a few parts without tearing into it too much.

Search anything by "the mad porter", or "460 efi build", theres a ton of info here on fte, 460ford.com, and a few other sites. i have been looking for awhile, hoping to do a rebuild on mine this year.

Another option to consider is swapping to a mass air ecu, instead of your speed density system you have now. Speed density limits your mod choices, mainly cam. Your computer wont be able to compensate for anything but mild changes. There is a lot of info out there on MAF swaps also. This is all just stuff i've read, i dont personally have any experience with any of it, but, like i said, i've found a ton of info by searching here and on a few other sites.
