please help

hello everyone I just joined and am very new to this I have a question hoping I can get an honste answer to my problem I'm getting burnt out with all the run around.
I just bought a used 2004 ford f150 about 3 months ago, its my first truck and i love it, but a month and a half in to having it the battery light came on then my truck completely died.
I got a brand new bosch alternator for it put it in everythings great the truck runs like a champion but after a month the battery light keeps coming on while I'm driving then turns back off then comes bavk on then off randomly, I cleaned the battery and terminals still lights coming on., everything test fine and passes, had it tested at 3 diffrent places. I have no idea what could be doing this but any help I would greatly appreciate it thanks.

Check all your main wires off the battery/alternator, one of those could be bad. But as Dano says, it might be your battery, it could have been fried by the bad alternator.

Really quick if I take the battery into autozone or O'Reillys and have them do that hour long battery test do u think it would be accurate in its reading or should I just replace it altogether, Oh and fishb8 how do I check the wire s. I was also thinking it could be the connection between the 2 and if it is where can I buy a new set?

Basically a visual and hand check for corosion and weak points, should be able to get new wires from any auto supply store. Sometimes battery tests aren't 100% accurate, you might just have a bad cell. If you replace everything buy some battery anti corosion spray (red stuff) and give all connections a good shot. You could always just try cleaning the connections and see if that works.
