What engine is best? How much horsepower does each engine put out? Block size?

Depends on your budget.

The 351C is a beast, the 351W has the most options and the 351M is a turd.

Mine has a 351m. I can't say I agree with you on the last one but I can't say I disagree.

The best IMO is the Cleveland. The Windsor has good upgrades but have never satisfied me. The Modified is a boat anchor. Stock the have ~150 HP which isn't enough. They are probably the cheapest motor to build buy it seems to be a waist of money because of the fact you can't ever build them as big as you could a Windsor or Cleveland. If you are looking for a "Small block" ex. Windsor/Cleveland I would go for the Cleveland. If you are looking for a "Big Block" ex. Modified I would go for a 460.

Just my 2 cents.

Also Boss 351 with 330 horsepower

You build a 250 hp grocery getter or 800 hp drag strip terror with a 351C/W, just depends on budget and what you want.
