6.7L holds it's own against tricked out Dodge
#3
My nephew owns the dodge and I know it is tricked out. H&S, straight pipes etc. I know nothing about the Ford. But it only blew a little smoke in comparison to the Dodge. And the Fords smoke was mostly right as they shut down at the end.
And the dodge was a dually with 6 tires working vs the Ford SRW. I'm surprised he didn't get drug across the parking lot just on traction and gearing alone.
It's what bored young men do when the snow shuts down all their work.

in snow I think the dually is at a disadvantage. its all comes down to traction, I thought it was interesting how they went in circles. my ford 6.7 would beat my old '06 dodge till about 40 mph then it would be over for the ford. This was with the dodge running the 60 hp smarty tuner. which should have left it still quite a bit short of the hp numbers the ford has stock. I still contend at highway speeds fords factory programing pulls the power back and doesn't unleash the full 400/800 past 50-60mph.

Don't want to be driving the same thing forever... even if the truck isn't tired of me I'll be tired of it.
