Oversize intake valves and stock pistons

I have a stock 1971 Lincoln motor in my old 3/4 ton that I've pulled the heads on and had them re-done. I have gone with 2.19" intake valves and 1.75" exhuast's. The cam is also stock. Does anyone know if there will be any interference with the pistons? They have the factory valve reliefs cast in them.
Thanks, Ron.
