recently put new steering box on my 94 shorty and noticed when backing into my yard tonight that the steering is locking up when i try and turn while backing up and will not fully turn the wheels does this sound like an adjustment issue on the steering box?? checked underneath nothing is fetching up lots of fluid in power steering pump and by locked up i dont mean like armstrong steering it will not move at all thanx in advance for any help or suggestions

 

did you bleed the system??

leave the cap off and while truck is running turn the steering wheel left and right several times to full lock...

i dont quite know unless the pump you put on is bad.. but im not sure to be honest...
