The ZF5 has a hydraulic clutch, so you'll have to work out linkages for the pedal, and figure out your hydro lines. Motor and trans mounts will have to be fabbed. You also might have to add a leaf to your front springs because the idi's are heavier than your standard gas engine. Tanks will need return lines, and the 6.9 uses a cable linkage instead of direct linkage for the throttle. I don't think you'll have issues with the oil filter getting in the way of the pumpkin, but I may be wrong.
