I have a 93 f250 diesel. I can't get the rear running lights to work. Have checked all fuses, ok, and the power distribution box fuses are all ok. The brake lights and turn signals work fine, but no rear running lights. The dash board lights are out also,I understand they are on the same fuse. Can't find any worn wires or anything. Don't know where to check next. Any help someone could give me would sure be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jay

 

do your front parking and cab lights if so equipped work? if not check for power coming out of switch

 

Thanks, I checked the front parking lights and the top cab marker lights and neither one comes on when the light switch is on. Does that mean the light switch might be bad? Any suggestion on how to check for power at that switch? Thanks again.

 

I think the wire for the running lights is a brown one coming from the switch, not totally sure on color, do the head lights work?
