Broken Trailer Plug Fix

I have been having problems every year with braking the trailer plug off when I end up backing into a pile of snow. So I brought this problem up on a different form and some one suggested pulling out one of the lights on the back and making the hole bigger. So this is what I did and i really like the way it came out.

This may be the same question Supercab is asking, if you turn a sharp left, does the wiring bind against the tongue of the trailer?
Other than that, it looks good.

I dont know....... I would try it but my trailer is buried in a foot of snow. But I dont think there should be any problem since every new truck except ford puts the plug in the same spot.
