4.9 to 5.0 please help

I have a 94 Flareside and it is a 4.9 5speed... I am looking to put a 92 mustang 5.0 roller cam motor which has been carbuerated. What needs to be done as far as clutch components and will I be able to keep my gauges without throwing engine lights? Any help is appreciated. Thank you

You need a 50oz 164 tooth flywheel and gauges won't be a problem as long as you use an (electronic)duraspark ignition system and not points and reconnect the engine temp, tach signal, and oil pressure back to the harness where they should be.

Thanks!! I know the motor has a msd 6a box and billet distributor. The motor is currently in a 85 f150 mated to a aod trans. But as far as all the computer controlled items in the 94 it shouldn't be a problem? Trying to complete this as smoothly as possible.. Afraid of check engine light being constantly on
