Diesel Maintenance Log

Does anyone have a link or have a Diesel Maintenance Log Format other than a software program? I had at one time a diesel inspection/maintenance repair log and can't find it.

You can find the factory maintenance schedule here [LINK], but I have not seen a log other than at a bindery like Staples or Office Depot.

I never found a log book that I liked.
I ended up just using a small notebook and write down the date and what I did.
It seems to work well for me.
I just write down all the maint and mods and the date. Simple

I have several trucks I do this with.
It is a little tricky after you've had the log a few years to find a specific record, but at least it's written down.

I made up a log years ago & just made a bunch of copies - one for each vehicle. Top headings are ,date, mileage and service performed. Simple yet works good for me.
