That is the only thing I have not checked yet I'm getting the filter Tomarrow if that doesn't work I gues il be buying a fuel pressure tester I've checked back pressure no real pressure in exhaust so hopefully either filter or something fuel related possible injector issue may be? Will post Tomarrow after changing filter hopefully that helps the problem

Here is a case for using a Scanner to look at the live data to see what may be out of spec.
Until you do your putting in a lot of effort chasing 'what'!
Look at the long and short term fuel table values.
Look at OX sensor switching actions.
Look for any codes pending etc.
Look at all the monitors for being test complete.
If the truck is that lazy you should see something.
Absolute hard faults will set a code.
Be awhere that you need to know what the limits are and the Scanner should be able to show whats in and out of limits on it's display.
Good luck.

Bluegrass 7 is correct . U need a scanner . Ck fuel trims , Mass air flow, Ect. You can spend a lot of money without the proper tools to diagnose the problem . You can get a cheap scan tool at good parts stores or on line . Look for live data as a feature . You want data and codes . But , sounds like fuel pressure , mass air flow or exaust restriction to me .

Do a kam reset , crash course disconnect battery may not work .If no missfires , Then recheck fuel trim . If -19 and +17 ck for vac leak , exaust restricton ,missfire . Ford may not show active missfire at all times ,ck mode 6 in scan tool if avalible . Test # vary 50 or 53 I think.par.# 1-10 depending on engine . Note! Ford turned off missfire counters on some models !
