need brake line repair recommendations
Tube rusted thru at plastic bracket where fuel lines turn from rubber to metal. Entire tube from coupling to brake manifold? Near oil filter in OK shape, with a few rust spots starting here and there.
Should I replace the whole thing? I recently blew a steel line on my beater s10 and had to buy a piece and form it around the frame, because there wasn't a replacement available.
A cherry Washington truck is starting to go red underneath after being on the east coast for 7 years.

I would do all the brake lines if your pocket book will allow. You can get stainless pre formed if you want to go that route but it is pricey. I used the copper nickel alloy stuff I got at Autozone. Comes in a 25 foot roll and is very easy to work with. Just be careful with it because it bends very easily. If you go the make it yourself route you need a tubing cutter, bender, reamer, file and double flaring tool. Hope this helps.

I think the whole truck would take slightly more than a 25 foot roll. 3/16 is the size you want. Most of the fittings are the regular 3/16, but there are a couple different ones like one on the master cylinder and one on the rear end housing. You should be able to get everything at autozone or advance.
