Hey y'all! The names RP, and I'm rockin my pickups just south of Omaha. I train horses, fix trucks, and do all around handy-man sorta things. I'm currently seeking a degree in criminal justice, with an agricultural concentration. These trucks get me everywhere I need to go with all of my goodies. My 90 7.3 is my favorite, keeps on going every day. It's my horse hauler, and my equipment hauler. I also have a 2000 F150 5.4 for my grocery getter and Omaha commuter. Any questions let me know. Also, I'm looking at modding my 250 diesel, suggestions? See y'all truckin!

RP, welcome! You'll find several guys with the 7.3 here that should have some input! How far south of Omaha? I'm in Elkhorn.

Yep, live right off of 31. I've torched a few people on there myself, not realizing my -250 is a lot faster than they thought! LOL

my idi is too busy rolling coal to be blowing doors off of people
and hauling a horse trailer or a skid loader never made me any faster lol.

I'm looking at a turbo, but thats pretty much all there is. Thinking about just ripping it out, rebuilding it, beef up the injectors and turbo it. But... that creates a lot of stress that this motor wasnt designed for... so im undecided.

Heck, if you're going to tear it out, why not just swap it with a turbo'd 7.3?

RP, if you were seriously looking for one, I could talk to Chris at C&C diesel in Bennington, he could probably get a line on one.
