He ain't kidding there!!!! There are four major routes that go N/S in Oregon: 101, I-5/99, 97 & 395. I-5/99 goes through where 85% of the population lives. 97 is pretty desolate, with only Bend / Redmond and K-Falls being the only significant cities on the route. 395 is very desolate the whole way.

Don lives 1/2 way in between 97 and 395. You have to drive 30 miles to get to the middle of nowhere.

i have driven 101 down the coast. and i have taken i-5 up into washington. when we raced at south sound in rochester wa.

 

Supposed to snow down to 600ft tonight...............I live at 925ft.

Wonderful.

 

No snow here tonight, just cold.

 

we are at 900ft above here. and no snow.

 

3,425 feet here.

 

i bet don. i lived 910 feet in sandy.

 

Freezing rain here right now. Should be a fun commute in the morning.

 

Something like snow here. Too bloody cold today!
