Lastly I did notice a slight fuel leak coming out of the fuel filter cap. Very small I tightend the cap as tight as I could and it still leaked

The o-ring of the cap has to be installed in a right position (if its the stock one), maybe you can flip it and close the cap and see if the leak disappear.

It's a napa brand filter.

I want to say the flat portion sides in the seperator and the beveled goes to the cap

I've replaced this filter more than once once with a ford then a wix now a napa. I don't think that's the issue

Scanned it came up with p0113 that's a new code. Someone have any input?

Do you have a 6637 style air filter? Where is your air intake sensor at if you do (it's mounted in the stock air box originally)?

That's where the code is getting thrown. It's unplugged due to the 6637 mod.
