Help Me Pick a color!!!

Since you asked...
Bright, flashy custom colors might not be a good idea. It is easier to get tired of them and many folks aren't willing to pay full money for a custom color truck if you ever want or need to sell. They usually want to see the truck, not the oddball paint color which defined your personality and preference but not them.
I can understand people wanting to do something different than everyone else...but it often comes down to what people really want in an old truck....a sense of what it was like back in the day.
So I'd recommend a Ford color from that era...was your original color too basic?
For a 1951 I kinda like dark greens, dark blues, silver and medium to deep red.

Of course when I paint mine, it will be a simple solid green. I was set on repainting mine the original Meadow Green, but since I have seen "old_dan's"
truck, I really am liking the dark green and black. Black running boards and bumpers...maybe black grill with the chrome overlay(monkeyface)
