5.4L 32-valve cam timing marks

I have a 5.4L 32-valve in a 10/99 Navigator.
Friends truck and he tore it apart and had the heads rebuilt.
he did not install the cam locks before removing the secondary cam chains.
I have been able to find main timing marks but I need to know the cam chain marks.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I talked a bit more with my friend and apparently the machine shop took the secondary chains and gears off when they did their thing.
So what I need to know is how to line up the cams just like I was putting in new cams.
This way I can install the secondary chains. I have the heads still off until I can get the cam chains set. This way I can rotate without worry of bending the valves, being an interference motor.
Maybe someone with access to AllData could take a look.
any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Look in my tech folder. Is this what you need? Title of pick is secondary chain. It is from 2000 Navigator Ford Shop Manual.

Thanks SDV10 thats more info than I have had. Those marks are fairly obvious as the gear marks but I needed the chain marks or # of links between marks.
I was however able to clean the chains enough to be able to find the off colored links that align to the cam gear marks.
Friend called the machine shop and is going to swing the heads by there for a final check before I install the heads.
the info I was able to find on the chains for this motor is that ones the colored links are lined up properly the rest is all good.
That is what prompted me to give the chains a good cleaning

Thanks again for the picture, I sure it will help many others that might be having a cam gear issue.
I find it odd with the popularity of these motors that this info was so hard to find.

I will let you know if I was correct on my timing once the heads return.

I should've said about the colored links. Sorry. The newer chains don't all have the marked links. You have to count.

thanks again for having that pic. it really will help others without the colored links.
And thanks for the reply. It feels like forever when you have to wait for info.
especially when the wife is nagging you to get that monstrosity out of the garage so she can park out of the sun again.
