Vacuum pump connections needed

My father wrecked the front passenger side on his 2001 Superduty a while back and some of his buddies were helping him put it back together. They got pretty close but now I'm trying to help him finish it.

There is a vaccum pump that has a couple broken nipples and I can't figure out which hoses should be going to it.

It is the cabin vent vacuum pump (part #f81h-2a451-b). He has manual 4x4 hubs so this pump would not be used for auto hubs. It has one white nipple, one black nipple, and two small vacuum hoses attached (plus a round electrical connector).

Can anyone describe where the vacuum hoses that attach to this pump go to/come from? As I said, several hands have poked around in there and I could only find one loose disconnected hose in the area.

Here's a picture of the part (not mine but the same):

Thank you!
