1995 F-150 4X4 XLT help
I have 1995 F-150 with a 302 5.0l that likes to randomly die while driving it down the road. After it Dies if I wait roughly ten to fifteen minutes the truck will start back up. When it dies i have fuel pressure to the fuel rail so i know thats not the issue, So I have replaced Cap and Rotor, Fuel Pump Relay, Ignition Control module, and now im clueless. Im starting to think that it might be the ignition switch but not sure. any help would be great.

I had a similar problem recently on an 89 F250 with a 7.5 Mine was after it had been driven or occasionally while driving it would die. The 15-20 minutes sounds about the same. I got a tip from 88n94 on this forum to focus on ignition components. The pickup in my distributor was bad, but rather than pulling it and replacing just the pickup I went with a rebuilt distributor. I also added a new coil while I was at it. So far so good and it runs stronger than it has in years. Good luck

OldGrayFord is describing a very common issue on these vehicles. You already replaced the ICM so more than likely you have a PIP problem as described above.
Here is a great procedure to verify your root cause without blindly replacing parts like you already have: Part 1 -Ford Ignition Module Test. Fender Mounted Module (ICM).
A small outlay for some useful tools will yield a payback in a short amount of time.
