The lowest price on gas where I live is now $2.85 for 87 unleaded. What state are you in and what is your current price?

 

Orlando, FL: 3.129 for 87 octane, 3.799 for Diesel.
But I'll get my diesel in clearwater visiting family for Christmas for 3.669!
That Shell station has 87 octane for 3.019 right now.

87 oct= $3.09 when I went to bed.....$ 3.29 when I woke up.

 

Yep, it's starting to creep (or in your case, jump) up again.

 

Yeah, went up .02 here last night. From $2.85 to $2.87. I figured the low

prices wouldn't last long. We'll creep back up to $3.50 a gallon now.
