91 Buick Park Ave tailight ***'y

Hi,

My grandson has to replace the tailight on his 91 Buick, and I wondered if anyone had any info on what's involved.

He has one from the junkyard, and it looks OK, but it's about 4 feet wide, and I didn't see any obvious fastening locations when I glanced at it.

Motor and Alldata were of no help whatsoever. Hopefully somebody here can give us a clue.

Thanks,

hj

Try peeling back the carpet in the trunk to get to the backside of the housings - there might be some studs poking through with nuts on them to hold the housings in place - or something like...

It's just a guess, but I've seen similar lenses mounted in that fashion...
