Horn blows fuse #27, where is the horn wire?

I have a 2002 f350 diesel 4X4. Every time i press the horn button, #27 fuse blows, no clicking behind the fuse box, no sound at all. I would like to eliminate the horn itself but can't seem to figure out how to get at it. Does anyone know where the wire is that goes to the horn itself? I would like to disconnect it and see if the fuse still blows. Any other suggestions welcomed.

You have to open up your steering wheel.I would check the opposite ends where your horn wire actually attaches to the horn/horns themselves.Unhook it from the horn/horns and see if it still blows fuse.Horn/horns might be bad themselves and causing them to ground out.
