joshofalltrades is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
local rebuilders?

i'm planning to have one of my spare injection pumps for a 6.9 rebuilt pretty soon. anybody know of a good rebuilder around the seattle area who does good work for a fair price? just looking for a stock rebuild, nothing fancy here.

but as we're on the subject of rebuilding components, i've been thinking about having a 3g alternator rebuild for higher performance, anybody have a local shop in mind for that purpose?

Unfortunately i don't know of any for the injectors since i don't have injectors... For the alternator though i think those could be rebuilt at home for cheaper than a shop. I don't know about modifications but some of the bronco guys use them. I can ask around for more info.

So the fellow i talk to said they can be upgraded due to being Modular but he doesn't know the difficulty and hasn't done one before.
