This is ridiculous but I can't find the TRE that goes to the pitman arm on my 4x4 78 250.
It's just a TRE but no part store I've been to has anything listed but the actual tie rod ends for the tie rod. This is obviously a bit smaller.
Jeffs has an option for the drop drag link replacement tie rod HERE:

Surely I don't have to order this from a specialty store.

Anyone have any ideas - trucks been down for two days trying to find a replacement.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, is your truck 2 or 4WD?

That's what I thought but your question was a little confusing. It said no parts store has anything listed but the actual tie rod ends for the tie rod.
Anyway, go to rock auto they got a bunch listed for the '78 F250 4WD.
