1952 F1 newer stock 5 on 5.5 wheel choices??? Jeep/F150?

I have a 1952 F1 truck. I was wondering if you all have a list of other stock wheel choices that look good?? Newer Jeeps or F150 wheels?
Any pics?

Welcome to the party! I see you're in Albuquerque? Where abouts? We need to see some pictures of your truck!

I'm using stock '70's - '80s F-150 wheels, which means early style hubcaps don't work, but they are cheap, safe, and fit perfectly.

Hey there! Your truck is amazing.

I live in Farmington now. Had to get the kids to a smaller town. I will get some pics up soon.

My uncle gave me a 52 F1 with the Flathead still in it (not running). I will get some pics up some time in the next few days.

I am looking forward to playing with this thing and hopefully get the old motor going too.

Welcome to the board.
I'm in the Alb area also.

Early Jeeps (up through the late 70's I think) used the 5 on 5 1/2 pattern as well. Some of the Jeeps had a deep dish steel wheel (I think they were 8"). They are a great looking wheel but a bit hard to come by.

I work in Farmington and am up there about once a month or so. If you ever need parts brought back and forth, let me know.

Did you happen to go to the antique truck show that was over in Aztec back in August? I drove my truck up there for that, it was a great show.

No I didn't make the Aztec show. I always try to go to the Downtown Farmington show. The one where they close down main street.

I am a Mustang guy so the truck thing is a new venture...

Thanks for the offer!

I'm pretty sure that CJ-5's used the 5 on 5.5 pattern. There are a lot of wheels available on the 4x4 sites.

I went with US Wheel black powder coated steel wheels. They were inexpensive. The basic wheels from US Wheel were centered (zero offset). If you need to move the tires in or out, the tech reps at the factory will help you out. They charge $5 extra for a custom wheel if you need offset. Here's a good link to learn about offset and wheel bolt patterns: https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html

Here's one of the wheels:

Dodge 1500 trucks used the 5x5.5" bolt pattern through at least 2010. Not sure about the offset on them, but the bolt pattern is correct.

Stay away from Dakota and Durango wheels as they are different though.

I have half ton Dodge on my Rangers. Are they 5X5.5? They are wider with a different off set I think than the stock Ranger. But mount the 31X10.5's real nice.

I'm pretty sure that the half ton Dodge trucks use the small pattern, 5 x 4 1/2 (or is it 5 x 4 3/4??). Basically the same small pattern as Ford cars (and Rangers). At least the 59 Dodge D100 I had used the small pattern.

Cool,

Sure enough, the later model Dodge trucks had the 5 on 5 1/2 pattern. Learn something new everyday
